rbnI stole your recipes Ma, hope it’s OK. I thought I’d post them on my blog so that I can send people here when they give me substandard tea treats and marmalade.
1.8kg - 4lb sevilles
2 lemons
2.7 kg - 7lb granulated.
- Wash, halve & squeeze fruit - Keep juice in fridge.
- cook pips in 1pt(?) water
- cut skins in half. Cover with water & boil until soft.
- cut skins to size
- skin water, pip water & sugar - heat until dissolved. Add peel & juice
- Boil until setting
Bottle in sterile jars
