On this mornings exploratory run I took a shortcut past the Boambee Gardens Estate Retirement Home and saw this slightly worrying sign hanging off the letterbox of a neighbouring house.

In case it is hard to read from the picture, here is what it says, "TO THE OLD FART WHO Keeps stealing my Papers - If I Catch you I will kick you in the Plastic Hip."

Sounds like something Basil Fawlty might say when he is having a bit of a temper tantrum.
