Ev and I are still working hard at the Muay Thai. I took a few more shots and a vid today. Ev has been going hard, I have been hobbling along behind. Oh and I got some more injuries. I seem to have worn holes in each of my big toes, from all the swiveling kicks. I must be doing them wrong. Ball of feet not big toe. I wrapped them in about 4 layers of sticky tape so hopefully they'll get a rest and heal up. Left knee is holding up for now. Listening to 'The Smiths' on my morning run has not been very motivational.

We had a few treats today, nice brekky this morning and watched "G.I. Joe" this evening. Cheri you will hate it. I suggest you send Emmy and Jay to see it, they will love it.
