Bongil Bongil (Repton to Sawtell and Back Again).

Last weekend we walked from Repton through Bongil Bongil and along the Bundagen Rainforest Walk towards Sawtell. Here is a picture of Emma having just picked up a passenger, in the shape of a big Golden Orb Spider.

We came back in the darkness and found our torches reflecting off the glinty green spider eyes hiding beneath the leaf litter. Chris identified the warbling song of a yellow robin wishing us all a good night. Cups of tea and Di's slice finished the night off ina very hobbity fashion.
